How Does the Process Work?
After your initial consultation, after the proposal is sent and signed, and after the initial payment has been received, we will send you the link to fill out our onboarding form. In this form, you will be able to provide all the information we need to create your site. This includes the verbiage you want on the pages, you company colors and logo, team members and images, design ideas, websites you like, etc. Once we have this form, we will be able to begin working on your site. At the end of every week, the lead web designer will send you an email letting you know the progress that has been made with links to view. Please save all edits and revisions until the end, where you will have two round of revisions. However, if you notice that the web design is completely off track, just let us know and we will be able to schedule a call with you!
How Long Does the Project Take?
Most of our web designs can usually be completed in 4 weeks! However, the amount of time to complete can differ for each site. Larger and more complicated sites can sometimes take a bit longer. We can normally give you an estimated completion date. Since we work and communicate with clients as the site is being designed and created, the lead web designer will be able to keep you up to date with any delays or changes that may happen during the process.
Can I Make Updates on the Website After it Has Been Completed?
Yes! After the website has been completed, we can add you as a user to ensure that you have access to your site to make any updates as you please. WolfPack Advising also offer monthly website hosting services. Our monthly plans include free website edits, monthly website updates for better performance and security, lower web design fees, and continuous website support and content management!
Are images included in template and custom designs?
Our web designs come with stock photos through AdobeStock. You are welcome to choose the photos and send them directly to us or, we will choose stock photos for you. We may also use photos provided by you.
Is content writing included in the web design?
Content writing is not included in our web design plans. You will be responsible for providing the content. While our team will make content edits and write basic content if no content is provided, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our writing. We include content writing with our SEO plans.
