WolfPack Advising Social Media Giveaway

Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the WolfPack Advising Social Media Giveaway (the “Giveaway”). By entering the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility:

  1. The Giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  2. Participants must follow WolfPack Advising on Facebook and/or Instagram to be eligible.

How to Enter:

  1. To enter the Giveaway, participants must:
  • Subscribe to WolfPack Advising on YouTube (@wolfpackadvising) for the first time.
  • Like the official Giveaway post on either Facebook or Instagram.

Giveaway Period:

The Giveaway begins on September 1st, 2025 and ends on September 30th, 2025 (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted outside of the Giveaway Period will not be accepted.

Prize:

One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive their choice of a $50 e-gift card from over 50 company options.

Winner Selection:

  • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
  • The winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform where they engaged with the Giveaway post (Facebook or Instagram) within seven (7) days of the Giveaway’s end.
  • The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in disqualification, and a new winner may be chosen.
  • The winner may be featured in a social media post sharing their name, image, and company affiliation (if applicable). By entering the Giveaway, participants grant permission for this use.

General Terms:

  • This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Tremendous, or any brand whose gift card is awarded as a prize.
  • By participating in the Giveaway, you grant WolfPack Advising the right to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  • WolfPack Advising reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms and conditions or is suspected of fraudulent activity.
  • WolfPack Advising reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for any other item.
  • WolfPack Advising is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or errors that may affect participation or winner selection.

Privacy:

  1. Personal information collected during this Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties, except as necessary for prize fulfillment.

By participating in the WolfPack Advising Social Media Giveaway, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not enter the Giveaway.
