Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 2, 2026
Last Updated: July 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how WolfPack Advising, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses your information when you visit https://wolfpackadvising.com (the “Service”), and tells you about your privacy rights. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you fill out a form, request a consultation, subscribe to communications, or otherwise contact us, we may collect personally identifiable information including your name, email address, phone number, business name, postal address, and any information you choose to include in a message.
Log data. Whenever you visit the Service, our servers and analytics tools automatically collect information your browser sends, such as your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, time spent on pages, referring/exit pages, and other diagnostic data.
Usage and device data. We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including device identifiers, operating system, and similar technical data.
2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Service, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and measure and improve our advertising. Cookies are small data files stored on your device. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent; however, if you do not accept cookies, some portions of the Service may not function properly. We do not currently display a cookie consent banner because we are not required to do so under the privacy laws applicable to us. Where consent for non-essential cookies becomes legally required, we will request it before placing those cookies.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
- Send you marketing and promotional communications you have consented to receive;
- Measure and improve the performance of our website, marketing, and advertising;
- Deliver, personalize, and measure advertising — including remarketing and building or matching advertising audiences with the Ad Platforms described in Section 6;
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or misuse; and
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. SMS / Text Messaging
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive marketing and informational text messages from us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Analytics
We use third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to help us understand how visitors use the Service. These services may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your use of the Service and report website trends. You can learn about Google’s practices at https://policies.google.com/privacy and opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
6. Advertising, Conversion Tracking & Advanced (Enhanced) Conversions
We advertise our services online and measure the effectiveness of that advertising. To do this, we use advertising and conversion-tracking technologies provided by Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and Microsoft Advertising (collectively, the “Ad Platforms”), and we use WhatConverts for lead tracking and attribution. These technologies use cookies, pixels, tags, call tracking, and similar identifiers to recognize when a visit, call, or lead originated from one of our ads and to attribute leads and conversions to the correct campaign and source.
Advanced / Enhanced Conversions. We have implemented advanced conversion tracking — Google’s Enhanced Conversions, Meta’s Conversions API / Advanced Matching, and Microsoft’s equivalent enhanced-conversion features — to improve the accuracy of our lead and advertising measurement. When you submit a form, place a call, or otherwise provide contact information through the Service, we may:
- Collect first-party data you provide — such as your name, email address, and phone number — together with information about the ad, campaign, or source that referred you (including data captured by WhatConverts);
- Have that first-party data hashed (using a one-way cryptographic function such as SHA-256) by our conversion-tracking tools and providers (such as WhatConverts) and/or by the Ad Platforms (such as Google) before it is transmitted, so it is not transmitted in plain text; and
- Transmit the hashed data and conversion event to the relevant Ad Platform — directly and/or through server-side conversion APIs — so the platform can match the conversion to an ad interaction and report on, and improve, our advertising performance.
This processing allows us to better understand which ads and channels generate leads, reduce wasted ad spend, and improve the relevance of the ads we run. The Ad Platforms process this data in accordance with their own privacy policies and may use it to provide measurement services and, subject to your settings and applicable law, to improve their advertising systems.
Your choices. You can:
- Adjust cookie and ad-personalization settings through your browser settings (we do not currently display a cookie banner);
- Opt out of personalized Google ads at https://adssettings.google.com, manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook/Instagram account settings, and manage Microsoft Advertising preferences at https://account.microsoft.com/privacy/ad-settings;
- Use industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (https://optout.aboutads.info) and Network Advertising Initiative (https://optout.networkadvertising.org); and
- Exercise the privacy rights described in Section 12.
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, because we share identifiers with the Ad Platforms for advertising and measurement, these practices are treated as “sharing” — and may constitute a “sale” — of personal information under California and other U.S. state privacy laws, even though the data is hashed. You can opt out of this “sharing”/”sale” at any time by emailing us at privacy@wolfpackadvising.com, by using the opt-out tools listed above, or by enabling a recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control where supported; see Section 12.
7. Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related tasks (such as hosting, analytics, advertising, email/SMS delivery, and CRM), or to assist us in analyzing how the Service is used. These third parties have access to your personal information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Our key Service Providers include Google (analytics and advertising), Meta and Microsoft Advertising (advertising), WhatConverts (lead tracking and call attribution), HubSpot (our customer-relationship management system, where leads and inquiries you submit through the Service are stored), our website hosting provider, and our email and SMS delivery providers (including Twilio for text messaging). Personal information you submit through the Service may be stored on these providers’ systems, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy. We can provide more detail about a specific provider on request.
8. Disclosure of Your Information
We may disclose your personal information: (a) to Service Providers as described above; (b) to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or lawful government request; (c) to protect and defend our rights or property; (d) to prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service; (e) to protect the personal safety of users or the public; and (f) in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
9. Security
The security of your data is important to us. We use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. As general guidance:
- Inquiry and contact data (information you submit through forms, consultations, or other inquiries): retained for up to 3 years after your last interaction with us, after which it is deleted or de-identified in the ordinary course.
- Marketing and email communication data: retained until you opt out or unsubscribe, and purged within a reasonable period thereafter.
- Financial records (if applicable): retained for up to 7 years to meet tax and accounting requirements.
To request deletion of your personal information, contact us using the details in Section 15.
11. Links to Other Sites
Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
12. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your data; to opt out of marketing; and to opt out of targeted advertising or the “sale”/”sharing” of personal information. To exercise any of these rights — including to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information — email us at privacy@wolfpackadvising.com or use the contact details in Section 15. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where supported. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. The categories of personal information we collect, our purposes for using it, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it are described in Sections 1–8 above.
California, Virginia, Colorado, and similar state residents: you may have additional rights under applicable state law, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising. You can submit a request using the email or contact details above or via a recognized opt-out preference signal (such as Global Privacy Control) where supported.
13. Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will take steps to delete such information.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date above. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
