Before founding WolfPack Advising, Aaron was first a home inspector and then a marketing manager, giving him firsthand insight into what business owners truly need from an agency — accountability, clear communication, and measurable ROI. Jenna also leads strategy in social media and branding, helping clients and the WolfPack brand alike stand out online.

Jenna Shishilla is the Chief Operating Officer at WolfPack Advising, where she brings her unique blend of leadership, organization, and creativity to every part of the business. As a former elementary school teacher, Jenna’s foundation in communication, empathy, and process development became invaluable as WolfPack grew from a startup into a leading digital marketing agency.

Having been part of WolfPack since its earliest days, Jenna has helped build the systems and culture that keep the agency running efficiently and collaboratively. She leads internal operations, team management, and professional development, ensuring the Pack stays aligned, motivated, and continuously improving.

As Co-Founder and CTO of WolfPack Advising, Austin built the foundation of our web design and marketing automation services. With a background as CEO and Marketing Manager at Waypoint Property Inspection, he brought real-world business insight into every system he designs. Today, Austin leads all technology, integrations, and process innovation that power both our clients and our team.

Austin Hintze is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of WolfPack Advising, where he drives innovation across technology, automation, and digital infrastructure. From the beginning, Austin helped shape WolfPack’s service offerings — first leading web design, then pioneering the agency’s marketing automation and CRM services that now form a core part of the business.

Before co-founding WolfPack, Austin served as CEO and Marketing Manager at Waypoint Property Inspection, where he developed hands-on experience running and marketing a fast-growing home service company. That background gave him deep insight into the challenges business owners face and inspired the systems-driven, ROI-focused solutions WolfPack delivers today.
