Rhiannon was born in Canada and raised in a small town east of Toronto before relocating to Tampa in 2023. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree, where she competed as a dual-sport varsity athlete. With over 5 years of experience in marketing, Rhiannon specializes in SEO and social media content creation, combining her competitive drive, creativity, and passion for helping brands grow. Outside of work, Rhiannon enjoys running, lagree, spending time with her horse, and exploring national parks.

Cate bridges a background of design and analytics for a creative, problem-solving approach. She enjoys taking the time to get to know clients to better understand and tailor each approach. Claire Hughes is a recent graduate of Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, where she earned her degree in Social Media Theory & Strategy and built a strong foundation in SEO, digital strategy, and data-driven content creation. She brings a background in graphic design along with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for turning data into clear, strategic optimization for growth.

Ron works across marketing automation and CRM platforms: setting up accounts, building automations and campaigns, troubleshooting integrations, and supporting clients through email, chat, and video. He’s the go-to resource for seamless setup, smooth systems, and quick answers. In addition to assisting with review management, creating help center resources, publishing SEO-optimized blogs, and contributing to lead qualification and keyword research, Ron brings a well-rounded skill set that elevates both client experience and team efficiency. Lara ensures efficiency across multiple departments by handling essential daily servicing tasks. By taking small, repetitive tasks off the servicing team’s plate, she helps them to focus on strategy and account performance.

With over four years of experience as a Virtual Marketing Specialist for a Tampa-based home inspection company and nine years in the BPO industry as an agent and Team Leader, Lara built a strong foundation in data management, social media engagement, email campaigns, and operational support. She brings these skills to help servicing teams streamline processes and deliver a smoother, more impactful client experience.
