WolfPack Advising began with a simple belief: businesses deserve a marketing partner that actually cares about their results. What started as a small operation has grown into a trusted digital marketing agency serving hundreds of clients nationwide. Today, our pack combines strategy, technology, and transparent execution to help brands dominate online and build long-term momentum — without the typical agency fluff. We exist to bring clarity, honesty, and real performance back to digital marketing.

WolfPack Advising began with a friendship between two people who grew up in the home inspection industry.

Aaron Shishilla worked as a home inspector for his parents’ company in Melbourne, Florida. Austin Hintze was running marketing for his dad’s inspection company, Waypoint Property Inspection, in Tampa. They met through the industry and quickly became friends, bonding over a shared frustration with how most digital marketing agencies operated—and a belief that they could build something better.

Austin had engineered a marketing automation system at Waypoint that connected scheduling software with a CRM to automatically nurture leads and clients. Aaron was designing websites and learning how to drive results through SEO and paid search. Together, they saw an opportunity to bring that combination of design, automation, and strategy to other home inspection companies.

In 2019, Austin designed WolfPack’s first client website while continuing to refine his automation engine. That same year, Aaron joined Waypoint to lead marketing and sales, and the two worked side by side to crack the code for scalable marketing in the home inspection industry. Austin brought an eye for design and a passion for integrating systems. Aaron focused on solidifying advertising, SEO, and social processes.

They worked nights. They worked weekends. They challenged each other. And they never backed down from a hard problem.

That friendship, determination, and willingness to take chances on each other became the foundation of WolfPack’s culture—a place built for businesses that demand real results, and for people who refuse to stop learning and growing.
