Today, Aaron leads a team of digital marketing experts serving small-to-mid-sized businesses, franchises, and home service industries nationwide. He continues to innovate in areas like AI optimization (AEO), lead tracking, and conversion-focused design, ensuring clients stay ahead in an ever-changing digital landscape.
As a national speaker and thought leader on digital marketing, Aaronβs mission is simple: to bring honesty, clarity, and real growth back to marketing β one business at a time.

Since WolfPackβs earliest days, Jenna has played a key role in building the systems and culture that keep the agency running efficiently and collaboratively. She oversees internal operations, team management, and professional development, ensuring the Pack stays aligned, motivated, and continually improving.
Outside of work, Jenna enjoys exploring new coffee shops and spending time with her petsβMilo, Apollo, and Olivia. She also loves staying active at the gym and hosting game nights with friends.

Before co-founding WolfPack, Austin served as CEO and Marketing Manager at Waypoint Property Inspection, where he developed hands-on experience running and marketing a fast-growing home service company. That background gave him deep insight into the challenges business owners face and inspired the systems-driven, ROI-focused solutions WolfPack delivers today.
Now, Austin oversees all technology, processes, and integrations at WolfPack Advising, ensuring the agency and its clients operate efficiently and intelligently. His leadership bridges strategy and execution β turning complex technology into practical tools that drive growth, clarity, and performance.

With experience on both the creative and analytical sides of social media, Sammi is comfortable managing content planning, platform strategy, performance analysis, and community engagement. She focuses on creating clear, actionable plans that help clients see progress and understand the impact of their social efforts.
Outside of work, Sammi enjoys Pilates, traveling, and hanging out with her two dogs, Smiley and Captain.

Sarah enjoys working directly with clients, understanding their goals, challenges, and vision. With experience spanning research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI, Maurice is comfortable moving between strategy and execution. Heβs the go-to resource for seamless setup, smooth systems, and quick answers. In addition to assisting with review management, creating help center resources, publishing SEO-optimized blogs, and contributing to lead qualification and keyword research, Ron brings a well-rounded skill set that elevates both client experience and team efficiency. His strengths shine through clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to turn complex challenges into simple, effective solutions.
Heβs a proud pet parent to Laurie and Orange. Outside of work, Ron can often be found tucked into a cozy coffee shop, exploring new music, or watching movies. He loves discovering new stories, new sounds, and new ways to create.

With over four years of experience as a Virtual Marketing Specialist for a Tampa-based home inspection company and nine years in the BPO industry as an agent and Team Leader, Lara built a strong foundation in data management, social media engagement, email campaigns, and operational support. She brings these skills to help servicing teams streamline processes and deliver a smoother, more impactful client experience.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, she keeps operations running smoothly, avoids rework, and works with minimal supervision while always striving to do her best.
