How does the AI call analysis work?
Every call is automatically recorded, same with other leads. The lead data is sent to an AI algorithm that automatically qualifies the lead, marks as spam (if it is), and updates other values.
How do you know my ROI or revenue from every lead?
This happens in two parts. First, the AI call analysis helps filter lead data and updates fields if a quote was given, as well as, if a sale was actually made. If the sale was made electronically, those values are automatically captured.
For sales that occur over the phone or email, any leads not properly or completely filled out by our automated systems will need manual updates. You can opt to have someone on your team update the sales value data or, you can opt to use our Lead Qualification Service where our trained team does this for you.
