Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using this website. These Terms govern your access to and use of the website located at https://wolfpackadvising.com and any related pages, tools, or content we operate (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

The Site is operated by WolfPack Advising, LLC (“WolfPack,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a digital marketing agency located at 501 E Kennedy Blvd STE 1400, Tampa, FL 33602.

2. These Terms vs. Client Service Agreements

These Terms apply to your use of the Site as a visitor. They do not govern the marketing, advertising, web, or related services we provide to our clients. Those services are governed by a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement) between WolfPack and the client.

If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls for that engagement.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you are 18 or older and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you represent.

4. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or any connected network;
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

You may view and use the Site for your own informational purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. Our trademarks and brand elements may not be used without our written consent.

6. Your Submissions and Feedback

If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Site or our services, you grant WolfPack a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you. You are responsible for any information you submit and represent that you have the right to submit it.

If you provide your email address or phone number, or opt in to receive messages, you agree that we may contact you as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes marketing and informational emails and, where you have opted in, text messages.

To the extent any liability is not excluded, our total liability arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

14. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute about the Site, you agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting us. If we cannot resolve it informally, any dispute will be handled in accordance with the governing law and venue described above.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, please stop using the Site.

16. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and WolfPack regarding your use of the Site.
