Consistent, On-Brand Content Was the Missing Piece
Avalon Inspections wanted to increase engagement and traffic across their platforms. Just as important, they wanted content that showcased the full variety of services they offered. For example, that ranged from home and commercial inspections to radon, mold, and new construction.
In addition, Avalon wanted a steady mix of trend-driven and informational content for their local audience. Ultimately, they aimed to be seen as a trustworthy, professional home inspection company across McDonough and Greater Atlanta.
A Hands-On, Localized Social Media Strategy
During our time working with Avalon, we managed their social media across Facebook and Instagram:
- Posted 3 feed posts and 2 stories per week.
- Engaged proactively with comments, likes, and shares. This included creating “Recently Inspected” posts and tagging agents to boost engagement.
- Stayed on top of trending real estate and consumer topics. In addition, we focused on hyper-local content for their area.
- Met with their operations coordinator in September 2025 to plan closer collaboration. As a result, they began sharing more photos from the field to feature in their posts.
WolfPack Advisingโs social media management proved invaluable for Avalon Inspections. For example, WolfPack connected consistently with realtors and clients across their social channels. In turn, this guided them through a more intentional journey.
In addition, strategic tagging, agent interactions, and automated tasks kept follow-ups consistent. As a result, relationships with realtors stayed strong. Meanwhile, Avalon stayed top of mind at every stage.
During our time working with Avalon Inspections, we tracked their growth across Facebook and Instagram over a 90-day period, pulling a detailed breakdown of their Facebook performance from Meta Business Suite.
On Facebook, their content reached more than 92,000 views and 43,000 viewers, with 3-second views up 100% and watch time up 44%. It is worth noting that Avalon also ran paid ads during this window, so a large share of that reach (roughly 60,000 views) came from paid promotion, alongside about 32,000 views from organic content.
On Instagram, their Reels gained steady traction over the same period, growing to 1.2K in reach and 1.7K in views, with 333 total interactions across posts and Reels.
Overall, consistent posting and proactive engagement built a stronger, more connected local audience of home buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals.
